I. Hardware Malfunctions
- Sensor Malfunction
Cause: Incorrect detection or missed detection due to excessive dust on the sensor or poor contact.
Troubleshooting steps: Clean the sensor and check for a secure connection.
- Cylinder malfunction
Cause: Looseness or wear inside the cylinder, or loose or worn connections in the pneumatic circuit.
Solution: Disassemble the cylinder for cleaning and replace any damaged components. If necessary, replace the entire cylinder.
- Servo Motor Malfunction
Cause: Faulty servo motor control board or unstable drive power supply voltage.
Solution: Replace the servo motor control board and stabilize the drive power supply voltage.
