Custom Multi-Specification Mesh Belts
A mesh belt is a mechanical device that continuously conveys materials through friction drive. Constructed from high-strength materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and Teflon, it is widely used in industries including food processing, heat treatment, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and electronics.
Common Types of Mesh Belts
Common types of mesh belts include crankshaft-type, straight-shaft-type, Type B, and herringbone-type. Among these, the crankshaft-type utilizes helical coils to minimize deformation, the straight-shaft-type is suitable for conveying heavy loads, and the Type B employs gear transmission for high wear resistance.
Material and Temperature Resistance
Stainless Steel Mesh Belts: Commonly made from materials like 304 and 316. For high-temperature applications, 310S and 314 grades are suitable, with a temperature resistance up to 1100°C.
