Palletizer Hardware Malfunction

1. Sensor Malfunction

Cause: Excessive dust on the sensor or poor contact leading to false detection or missed detection.
Solution: Clean the sensor and verify proper connection.

1. Cylinder Malfunction

Cause: Internal cylinder loosening or wear, or loose/worn air circuit connections.
Solution: Disassemble and clean the cylinder; replace damaged parts or the entire cylinder.

1. Servo Motor Failure

Cause: Malfunctioning servo motor control board or unstable drive power supply voltage.
Solution: Replace the servo motor control board and stabilize the drive power supply voltage.
